Interesting Facts: "Happily married with three special boys ages 4, 2 and 9 months. Self-employed since the age of 18, I have a major love for speed, and never enjoyed flying straight and level (started aerobatic training before getting private license). Began lAC competition in 1994 in Intermediate. By the 1995 Nationals, was flying Unlimited and just missed Team selection primarily due to two low call penalties. Was unable to practice prior to '97 Nationals due to father's death on TWA Flight 800 and did not fly well. I quit competition after that and bought a two-seater to take my wife and kids for occasional rides. In June 1999, AeroSport (John Freemann and the late Jim Moser) offered me a sponsorship to come back and fly Nationals for Team selection in 1999. After intense training from Clint McHenry, I made the U.S. Team."
